Contesto
Lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso e a matrice, all'interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali


Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento:


  • Supporto al Market Access manager nell'analisi delle normative e di contesto utili a indirizzare le strategie di prodotto sia in market che in pipeline
  • Supporto al Market Access Manager nell'execution del piano di accesso
  • Supporto alla regionalizzazione dei dossier di prodotto

Competenze da sviluppare:

- lo scenario di gestione di un prodotto specialistico in Italia;
- le dinamiche del dipartimento di Market Access in una multinazionale farmaceutica;
- il contesto legislativo e di govenance farmaceutica nazionale e regionale;
- il sistema di norme interne a GSK;
- il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale.

Modalità: 100% in presenza

Requisiti di base:
_**- Laureat
  • Magistrale in materie scientifiche o economiche incluse CTF, Farmacia, Scienze Biologiche, Biotecnologie, Health economics e affini;
  • Preferibile Master in Market Access
  • Elevata conoscenza dell'inglese viene testato a colloquio;
  • Conoscenza della lingua locale (italiano);
  • Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Power Point, Excel in particolare;

Requisiti preferibili:


  • Capacità di lavorare con team e networks di diverse funzioni aziendali;
  • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Senso di responsabilità e orientamento ai risultati;
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo proattivo;
  • Dimostrare di poter ragionare strategicamente, analiticamente, e concettualmente.
