Job Description:

Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from May 27th, 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Marketing - Client Engagement team.


The mission is to support the Customer Development Manager in deploying a ww plan that is aimed at developing a specific customer segment within Gucci globally.

This plan will establish for them adapted product and service-oriented strategies to enhance their Gucci journey. Specific actions will also include different types of retail events.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Run reporting to check the collection of customer data
  • Highlight in case of inconsistency in the privacy consent collection
  • Support the team in extracting information on GDPR requests
  • Open tickets to Kering MIS or the Digital team in case an issue or investigation is needed and follow the resolution
  • Follow the deduplication process and support the regional data stewards
  • Testing new functionalities related to customer data collection
What will you learn with us?

  • Value of customer data collection across touchpoints monitoring them
  • Support the team in managing the clients request related to GDPR
  • Support the team in improving functionalities to maximize the contactability
What are the basics?

  • Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Math and Statistics.
  • Previous educational experience abroad
  • Passion for Fashion.
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand data extractions.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in April 202- If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test

  • After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
