Job Description:

How you will contribute

  • Understand Kering Eyewear's business model, objectives, organisation and processes.
  • Learning: Work on the design and implementation of effective training programmes, also in collaboration with the Group Learning function, defining needs in line with the company's plans and requirements and within the predefined budget.
  • Talent Management: Coordinate the talent management process, also in collaboration with the Group Talent function, to ensure people development and to build talent pools in line with company's development objectives. Proactively contribute to the design of development, career and succession plans for key resources, working with HRBPs and market and functional leaders to implement effective processes.
  • Performance Management: Contribute to the development of a high performance environment by implementing an effective performance review process in line with the Group's guiding principles.
  • Ensure the execution of HR projects at a crossfunctional level.
Who you are

  • 57 years experience in L&D
  • English fluent
  • Good working knowledge of Office Package (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Flexibility, handson approach, multitasking approach
  • Capability to set priorities and follow through on commitments
  • Excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creativity, innovation and initiative
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
