During your working day as a Finance Assistant you will be working on the following tasks:
You as a finance assistant will support the financial controller in the processing of the creditors. You will be responsible for operational activities, like mail, invoice processing, and general support to the finance department.

Moreover, you will process preparatory tasks to make sure that monthly and annual financial reports can be composed. You ensure that invoices are registered, controlled, and processed. In addition, you will answer suppliers'/clients-related questions and checks.

You have completed high school education (scuola superiore);
You have work experience in bookkeeping;
You are available 40 hours per week;
You have an excellent command of the Italian language and have an intermediate of the English language;
You have experience with an ERP system and an affinity with financial systems;
You have strong communication skills, as you work closely with colleagues and suppliers.
You can work accurately and independently.
