Chromavis is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Marketing Manager.

In this role, reporting to VP Innovation and Corporate Marketing, you will have the opportunity to manage a new brand incubator, lead a small team of designers, oversee our fast design and manufacturing service named "Atelier," and provide valuable marketing strategy and product assortment guidance to independent brands.

Your proficiency in both Italian and English, along with your expertise in utilizing AI tools for time and resource optimization, will be essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Incubator Management: take charge of our brand incubator, driving the development and growth of new makeup brands. This involves overseeing brand development, product ideation, and market positioning.
Team Leadership: manage a team of talented designers, providing guidance, inspiration, and feedback to ensure the creation of innovative and visually captivating makeup products.
Atelier Oversight: Lead our fast design and manufacturing service, "Atelier," by optimizing processes and ensuring efficient production of highquality makeup products.
Consultation with

Independent Brands:

collaborate closely with independent makeup brands to advise on their marketing strategies and product assortment, leveraging your industry expertise to enhance their success.

Market connection: Facilitate effective communication within our diverse team and with international
AI Utilization: utilize AI tools to streamline processes, manage resources efficiently, and improve the overall performance of related services and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in the makeup industry, ideally in marketing and brand development roles.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Adept at utilizing AI tools for process optimization.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent project management abilities.
Strong understanding of makeup industry trends and consumer preferences.
Strong strategic thinking skills to develop effective marketing plan and strategies
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in both Italian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
