Your Role and Responsibilities


Acting as Receptionist and General Assistant you will primarily support the managing team and act as a point of contact among different internal and external stakeholders, while performing a variety of tasks including managing information & appointments, travel arrangements, daily expenses, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Your role will be focused on the execution of project tasks in a proactive and responsible way.


Main tasks will be:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Handling the organization of the meeting rooms and their maintenance
  • Organizing a variety of activities and handling multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Collaborating with a range of people and functions across the business
  • Managing travel organization
  • Be ready to contribute as a problem solver, providing support for a variety of office needs and be prepared for challenges and tasks the company growth will bring up
Your Knowledge and Skills Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive and dynamic attitude
  • Is able to handle multitasking activities
  • Is reliable, trustworthy and discreet; confidentiality is a must
  • Has strong organizational skills, a handson approach and the ability to work under pressure
  • Is systematic, methodical and rigorous to deliver tasks on time, bringing out the best possible results
  • Is flexible and proactive with good communication skills both for internal and external people
  • Is fluent in English and Italian both written and spoken
  • Is able to relate well with both technologies and people
What we offer

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Position is based in Milan and is not suit for flexible working
we offer firstly 6/12 months contract + permanent placement, salary to be defined ( 30 K)
