Florence Bilingual School is a bilingual Italian/English School that has been active since 1973 and is accredited by Cambridge International Education promoting an educational approach and curriculum aimed at the development of each student's confidence, creativity, and autonomy.

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the admissions process, following guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective families and manage the admissions pipeline.
- Coordinate reenrollment process for current families, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for families during reenrollment, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Assist in planning and executing reenrollment events and communication strategies.
- Manage and monitor data quality, generating intelligence reports for the marketing team.
- Monitor admissions pipeline progress, identify issues, and provide feedback to the school.
- Develop and lead Open Days to increase inquiries and achieve pupil targets.
- Conduct postOpen Day analysis to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes.
- Establish networking relationships with potential brand advocates in the catchment area.
- Lead networking actions tailored to different advocate types to boost new registrations.
Skills:
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking to identify and cultivate commercial relationships and opportunities.
- Focus on sales and building strong commercial relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload.
- Analytical skills to identify trends, provide intelligence, and improve performance using multiple datasets.
- Experience using customer systems, databases, and CRM platforms at an advanced level.
