Objectives of the role

According to the company's strategy, She/He contributes to manage the relationship with customers and supports Sales Area managers Organization

She/He will report to the Customer Service Coordinator

Duties

  • Supports customers, acting as a strategic partner
  • Provides to order and data entry
  • Works in team with production planning, supply chain and quality depts to properly scheduling and ensuring a timely service

Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree, in foreign languages as a plus
  • Fluent English and at least one other language (Spanish or French)
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package; SAP as a plus
  • Problem solving, proactivity and team working
  • Strongly customer oriented
  • Good planning and organizational skills
