Given the specificity of customers (end users or partner), the Specialist will be involved daily in meetings (remotely and, if necessary, on site). The international team supports project around the world and so it is necessary to be flexible to adapt the activities with local time.
YOUR TASKS
System administration
Database administration
Technical analysis
Test and QA.
Product installation and configuration
Partner and end user training
Second level support
YOUR PROFILE
High school Diploma and/or University Degree, preferably Computer Science or similar
Working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
Fluent English is essential
High propensity for dynamic work, covering various roles from technical to project management.
Ability to interact with customers for training, analysis and consulting.
Willingness to travel to travels around the world
Knowledge of healthcare workflow
Previous experience in activities in contact with customers and in IT projects
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Problem solving and Q&A Test

Preferential office location: Genova, with availability for Internationl Business Trips
