We are looking for a new Technical Account Executive for our clients located in Rome metropolitan area.

The role mission is to define, in collaboration with Sales Expert - Client Executive, the account strategy from an early stage and to lead its technical execution from lead generation & opportunity identification to successful implementation, according to Value Engagement Framework.


He/She demonstrates to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Solutions portfolio, driving them to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an Executive trusted advisor for the Customer, and represent the interests of 3DS
  • Develop strong leadership to influence Customer Transformation Strategy, based on his Industry Solution knowledge and know how
  • Define, with Sales Expert
  • Client Executive, the customer account strategy to develop revenues by qualifying and driving new business opportunities for short term and midterm perspective.
  • Be accountable for the proper execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different presales phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews
  • Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a coherent way to drive and ensure business objectives achievement and respect of customer commitment

Qualification/Experience

  • Master' Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Previous Technical Account Executive experience, at least 10 years, preferably in Infrastructures sector (Railways, Roads, Telecommunication, etc.)
  • Multiple language skills proficiency (Italian and English fluent)
  • Strong experience on customer relationship management
  • Presales activities and projects delivery experiences
  • Patient and understanding in all customer interactions (from key users to C-Level communication)
  • Relevant experience in one or more of our solution domain such as 3D modeling, design, simulation as well as manufacturing planning and operations
  • Value selling experience (solve issues for customer with consultative approach)
  • Organization skills to be able to drive / Coordinate group of people and group of related projects and program activities
  • Able to achieve sales targets and advise client on technical possibilities
  • Knowledge of Business process modelling
  • Experience in implementing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
