The Hotel:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the supervision and day to day operation of the Purchasing operation of the Materials Management Department.
Responsible for the sourcing and obtaining of specified products required by the various departments of the hotel.
To actively and continuously source the most appropriate products and to negotiate the best possible price.

Maintain continuity of supply\Be well versed and comply with all legislation affecting the operation, including licensing regulations, health regulations and fire and safety regulations.

To manage the stores, inventory, and distribution of materials, supplies, parts, components, and tools. To record all transactions and maintain related records.

To ensure that all goods received have been properly ordered and the correct quantities have been received, together with the correct documentation.

To perform quality checks on all Cellar store inventories that has been received.
Analyzing any quantity/prices variations and reporting to Purchasing Manager.
Prepare/Update all records, log books, journals, involving purchasing and receiving standards and procedures.


Job RequirementsDegree / Diploma in Accounting or Hotel Management.
Advanced Excel knowledgeGood communication skills spoken and written both in Italian & EnglishAttention to DetailMust work in safe and organised mannerSelf motivated and a self starter
