For this wonderful and Luxury hotel we are looking for an Assistant General Manager:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the General Manager, the key responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager for this position are:

  • To implement the hotel strategy across all operational departments.
  • To provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the hotel, and to effectively lead and manage the daytoday operational activities of the hotel.
  • To support and implement all corporate programmes and guidelines.
  • Support the General Manager in managing and coordinating the hotel team, promoting their potential growth and their motivation.
  • Develop the luxury products and services that the hotel offers.
  • Monitor the principal Competitors in order to identify possible best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Anantara and LQA standards in daytoday operational management
  • Supervise so that excellence in the guest experience is guaranteed during the entire stay
  • Support the General Manager in analysing the operations reports and management hotel accounts, studying the different parameters as well as their evolution.
  • Support the General Manager in all economic and financial procedures primarily Forecast and Budget, Guarantee the observance of the different defined corporate policies
  • Set as example for team members for commitment and ethic work
