Job Description:


As we continue expanding our office in Milan, we are looking for an energetic and talented professional to support MET Italy CEO activity and at the same time manage some aspects of the office organization.

You are experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, while able to work independently with little or no supervision.

You are well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to MET Energia Italia CEO and support him and the top management of the company on daily tasks and the management of agenda;
  • Manage some organizational aspects of Milan office, in alignment with IT and Operations;
  • Oversee visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience;
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, including booking of transport and accommodation;
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams;
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order;
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience;
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks;
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks;
  • Flexibility to adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees;
  • Leadership ability to manage challenges;
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly;
  • Able to handle and triage sensitive and/or confidential information, and use solid judgment, when providing information to partners, with tact and diplomacy;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
