Vivienne Westwood, iconic English brand forerunner of punk fashion, has been offering a fiercely creative design since 1971, directly inspired by the style and history of London fashion.

The brand has also been able to evolve over the years and it currently offers a design whose inspiration is rooted directly in Dame Vivienne Westwood's and Andreas Kronthaler's commitment for the environment and climate change.

Vivienne Westwood Italy is recruiting an enthusiastic and proactive resource to join the Finance team at our Milan Office.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

La riconciliazione di vendite, incassi e rimborsi gestiti dai vari PaymentServiceProvider utilizzati;
L'emissione delle fatture e delle note credito richieste dai clienti finali;
L'analisi e il controllo dei documenti emessi per spedizioni e resi ai fini della compliance fiscale e doganale;
La preparazione della documentazione necessaria alla predisposizione delle dichiarazioni fiscali;
L'elaborazione di report finanziari;
Il contatto con altri dipartimenti per gestire problematiche varie;
Il recupero e conseguente archiviazione della documentazione necessaria al rispetto delle normative fiscali vigenti.

Criteria:

Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in ambito contabile / clienti ecommerce e non;
Affidabilità e precisione;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
Doti di comunicazione e problem solving;
Motivazione, positività, capacità di lavorare in team;
Conoscenza di SAP e del pacchetto office, in particolare di Excel.
Conoscenza delle tematiche fiscali e doganali in ambito ecommerce è un plus.
