General information:

In this role you will have the possibility to coordinate activities of Hitachi Energy functional teams monitoring regulatory changes to create a comprehensive view of what is relevant for SCM Main target for this role is totranslate and communicate findings to targeted stakeholder groups of different hierarchical levels, to ensure the Supply Chain Management organization is able to act early in time for upcoming changes and stay regulatory compliant


Responsibilities:


  • Coordination of information collection regulation changes and disruption monitoring teams: e.g., Resilience & Risk Task Force, SCM Cyber, SCM CoE-I, Country Trade Compliance Officers, Environment Sustainability Product Compliance team, global & local functions (Tax, LI, HR, Comms); Corporate (Enterprise Risk Mgmt., Government, and Institutional Relations;
  • Regular exchange with monitoring teams
  • Review of data feeds from monitoring teams and filter for SCM relevance Governance: e.g., monthly review with monitoring teams; regular reprioritization of focus areas; SCM Council review with key findings, actions & support needs; compliance management (enforcement coordination of agreed regulatory requirements)

Targeted Communication:
e.g., alerts (short-term impacts); notifications (mid-term impacts), weekly webcasts, etc.


Skills & Training:

  • Alignment with BUs in terms of training priorities by target audience related to regulatory changes; definition of training content with SCM Competency & Diversity IT Tools: coordinate xfunctional digitalization efforts

Your background:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or MBA in Supply Chain
  • Project and change management experience in a leading role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong fundamentals, a positive attitude, and initiative. Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
