Position:


We are seeking a highly experienced Car Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet of vehicles, primarily assigned as a benefit to executives and middle managers.

The position is based in Milan but requires frequent travel to Borgosesia and Quarona (VC).

As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's vehicles, drivers, and related assets.

This includes ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, optimizing fleet performance, and maintaining overall operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in fleet operations.
  • Monitor fleet performance and expenses to ensure costeffectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and major purchases related to the fleet.
  • Develop and implement fleetlevel targets and plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the company's car policy.
  • Coach drivers on company car policy, providing guidance and support.
  • Provide maintenance guidelines to drivers, considering that maintenance responsibilities are primarily under their direct supervision.
  • Maintain regular communication with drivers to monitor their satisfaction levels.
  • Assist drivers in configuring their vehicles to meet their specific needs.
  • Coach drivers on company car policy, providing guidance and support.

Profile:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Car Fleet Manager, preferably in a company where cars are primarily assigned as benefits to executives and middle managers.
  • Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and offer strategic solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate and deliver presentations effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
