- We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to join our team in Milan. You will be responsible for the development of strategies for a portfolio of Consumer Care brands.
This really is an exceptional opportunity to join the organisation at a key moment and actively participate to the Company transformation as new brands will join our current portfolio in the next weeks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and develop comprehensive brand strategies for key strategic brands within the portfolio of Cooper Consumer Health
- Create marketing plans for each brand, implementing above and belowtheline activations ensuring consistency across channels and performance measurement.
- Manage innovations and promotions with excellent project management skills.
- Provide product training and materials for internal sales and external medical teams.
- Collaborate with external service agencies (e.g. packaging design, media & advertising) and crossfunctional teams (sales, innovation, regulatory, supply & logistics).
- Secure indepth market knowledge (sellin & sellout), analyze trends, competitors, and customer data.
- Report to the Brand Group Manager on brand performance and market insights.
COMPETENCIES
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 34 years's experience as a brand manager or similar activities.
- Preferred: background in the pharmaceutical, personal care, FMCG, or beauty sector.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, coupled with a robust entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
