HR Business Partner to join our team in Vimercate (MB).


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


The HR Business Partner will lead the People Agenda for the Italy Market, working in partnership with leaders, and employees to further advance our talent and culture journey.


Perform HR daily work tasks for
Italy, improving processes, advising managers, ensuring alignment and compliance with company procedures, and regulations, providing a variety of activities, services and delivering of human resources projects to internal clients.


  • Develop and lead the People Agenda for the Italy Market ensuring a balance between advancing further strategic focus, whilst delivering with excellence on all HR foundational elements
  • Coach and develop Leaders, Managers and Teams to further advance our People Agenda and ensure continued impact against our talent and culture journey
  • Part of the Continental Europe HR Team partnering to drive impact and scale within the Region across various Peoplerelated initiatives
  • Advancing our Data and People Analytics capabilities (across HR and Commercial) to enable dataled insights and decisions
  • Leading all aspects of the HR Talent & Performance cycle; performance management, succession planning, talent management, development, total rewards, and culture / engagement.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with employees and management in Italy, while bringing specialist and generalist knowledge and expertise in multiple HR areas.
  • Working closely with European HR Centre of Excellences (Reward / Talent / Employee Relations) to drive Countryspecific needs and initiatives
  • Partnering with the broader HR team to advance our EVP work, delivering on initiatives that extend employee satisfaction and tenure.
  • Maintain a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.
  • Helping to accelerate a highperforming & Make-ItHappen culture.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Solid experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, plus a sound understanding of European HR strategies, practices and polices including Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness, Culture and Employee Engagement.
  • Excellent working knowledge of
    Italian employment law and HR best practice.
  • Solid knowledge of the FMCG industry.
  • Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo to continuously improve.
  • Flexible, problemsolving approach and strong team player/relationship builder.
  • Excellent facilitation and team development skills.
  • Being able to manage and prioritise multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding and experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Fluent in English and Italian
