The Hotel:

Scope of Position


The Rooms Division Intern is responsible for supporting the smooth running of the daily hotel operations, with special reference to our Rooms Division.


Requirements:


  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Positive and committed attitude at all times, must act as a reliable contact both for guests and colleagues
  • Flexible with shifts and tasks, must display an exceptional attention to details
  • Must be well organized, precise and with a strong level of confidentiality
  • Good use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in handling the incoming requests
  • Managing agendas and scheduling meeting
  • Meeting & Greeting guests when required
  • Assisting with Hotel Operations when required
  • Maintaining records of the hotel operations and organize documents in a systematic and user friendly manner
  • Being responsible for specific projects
