We are looking for a Corporate Visual Merchandiser who ensures global/local consistency of Brand Image by managing Visual Merchandising processes towards markets, ensuring the correct implementation of VM Global Guidelines meanwhile supporting local necessities.

The Corporate VM will have a focus on the Chinese market.

_Main Responsibilities_

Support the Seasonal Visual Merchandising Guidelines creation liaising with other VM departments (creative & production)
Manage the relation with markets (with a focus on Greater China) or selected areas aiming to adapt the Corporate Guidelines to local needs
Ensuring correct implementation of Windows Calendars and product rotation aligned to merchandising delivery schedules
Train local Visual Merchandiser teams on ZEGNA visual standards through feedback mechanism and coaching activity
Local market visit and understanding to set VM standards and nurse the Visual culture at crossfunction levels

_Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for:_

At least 5 years of Retail Visual Merchandising experience
Availability to international mobility and willingness to stay for mediumlong periods in China
Appreciated University degree from Artistic/Fashion background
Fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese language is a plus
Creative skills and luxury sensibility
Personal taste and ability to translate style trends in instore product presentation
Organizational Skills and proactive attitude
Selfmotivated, able to work autonomously and results driven
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills
