As Industrial Engineering Specialist, reporting to Industrial Engineering Manager, and in cooperation with the Central Manufacturing Engineering department, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Participate in the definition of technologies, lines and processes for water heating;
Plan the macro and micro specifications of new machines;
Lead the continuous improvement activities and the new products development process;
Be the Project Leader of activities in the installation contraction, ensuring timetable, costs, safety and efficiency of the incoming equipment;
Development of specifications for new machines and production lines and design review (in lights of the specifications defined) with external suppliers;
Study, development and implementation of technological upgrades;

Ideally, you have gained an experience of 5/6 years in similar role in manufacturing companies.

Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

English knowledge is basic requirements.
