Das Haus wird fester Bestandteil der ADLER Gruppe sein und für authentische und prägende Erlebnisse für Groß und Klein stehen.Das Family Resort wird über ein vollumfängliches Outdoor- und Indoor-Programm für Kinder und Familien verfügen. Ein ADLER-Spa sowie ein hochwertiges Kulinarik-Angebot für die ganze Familie wird das Konzept abrunden.Um unser Team in unseren 5*AKI Family Resort PLOSE zu verstärken, suchen wir eine/nAccounting Manager (w/m/d)mit zu definierendem Eintrittsdatum. Ihre Tätigkeiten:Sie sind verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der aktiven und passiven Rechnungsstellung und haben Schnittstellen zu den anderen Abteilungen des Hotels für die Kontrolle der passiven Rechnungen.Sie sind für die Buchhaltung auf Betriebsebene zuständig und sind die Schnittstelle zur externen Buchhaltung und zum ADLER-Konzernverwaltungsleiter für die Verwaltung der Buchungen.Sie sind für die Personalverwaltung zuständig und sind die Schnittstelle zur externen Personalabteilung für die Begründung, Verwaltung und Beendigung von Arbeitsverhältnissen.Sie sind interner Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter in Fragen der Personalverwaltung und beantworten deren Fragen zu Arbeitsverhältnissen.Sie sind verantwortlich für die Führung der laufenden Konten des Unternehmens sowie für die Auszahlung von Gehältern, Beiträgen und sonstigen Zahlungen.Ihre Fähigkeiten:Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Rechnungswesen oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich.Verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbaren oder ähnlichen zuverlässig und arbeiten selbständig und genau.Sie verfügen über gute Computerkenntnisse und lernen schnell, sich in neue computergestützte Buchhaltungssysteme einzuarbeiten.Sie verfügen über gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.Ihre Benefits:Sie umgibt ein erfolgreiches und junges Team, dass durch ein positives Arbeitsklima besticht.
