- Supporto nell'evasione delle richieste di accertamenti bancari e fiscali mediante analisi, predisposizione ed inoltro delle informazioni nonché della documentazione relativa ai clienti oggetto di accertamento ( (estratti conto, movimentazioni ed informazioni relativi ai prodotti, copia dei contratti di sottoscrizione dei rapporti);
- Supporto nell'evasione dei provvedimenti di sequestro/dissequestro, mediante analisi ed operatività concreta sui rapporti intestati al cliente, in ottemperanza a quanto richiesto dall'autorità giudiziaria (blocco/sblocco dei prodotti attivi, creazione di conti a specchio, intestazione delle risorse al Fondo Unico di Giustizia ed inoltro dei flussi informativi nonché delle rendicontazioni periodiche);
- Supporto nell'evasione delle richieste di pignoramento, mediante analisi ed operatività concreta sui rapporti intestati al cliente, in ottemperanza a quanto normativamente previsto (blocco dei prodotti, inoltro della dichiarazione del terzo al creditore, assegnazione delle somme e/o rinuncia con relativo sblocco dei rapporti);
- Supporto nell'evasione delle richieste di fallimento, pervenute per il tramite del curatore fallimentare, mediante analisi, predisposizione ed inoltro delle informazioni relative ai rapporti attivi intestati al cliente nonché operatività concreta sugli stessi (blocco dei rapporti, trasferimento delle somme sul conto corrente dedicato alla procedura fallimentare e conseguente estinzione di tutti i rapporti);
- Ricezione dei provvedimenti dell'Autorità Giudiziaria e dell'Autorità Amministrativa –Fiscale nonchè delle richieste di pignoramenti e fallimenti notificate alla Banca tramite posta tradizionale (o fax), posta elettronica certificata ovvero "brevi manu" presso la sede legale, dalle autorità competenti;
- Attività di controllo e reporting previsti per ogni singola tipologia di attività;
- Reportizzazione periodica alla Funzione Antiriciclaggio dei clienti oggetto di provvedimento di sequestro, accertamento bancario e fiscale, in ottemperanze delle indicazioni fornite dalla seconda linea di controllo;
- Supporto nell'analisi, predisposizione ed inoltro della comunicazione al Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze (ex art /07 e degli assegni bancari privi della clausola di non trasferibilità, preventivamente segnalati dall'ufficio Pagamenti della Banca;
- Laurea in giurisprudenza o cultura equivalente
- Spiccato interesse per l'ambito delle Operations Bancarie e in particolare nella gestione dell'interlocuzione con le Autorità;

Supporta altresì nell'ottemperanza degli obblighi derivanti dalla gestione dei provvedimenti e/o delle pratiche, con particolare riferimento alla tempestività nell'invio dei flussi informativi nonché delle comunicazioni ai destinatari predeterminati, nel rispetto delle scadenze normativamente previste.
