WHAT YOU'LL DO:


You will join BCG Milan Finance department and will be a key member of the Payroll team, which manages a huge number of topics and areas in addition to the traditional ones: in BCG people are the main asset and compensation is the most relevant and complex area from a planning, execution, and reporting perspective.

You will have the chance to consolidate your skillset and expertise and be involved in several new challenging areas.


In this dynamic environment, you will be involved in several processes and activities related to different BCG legal entities and will be also working side by side with relevant HR functions to implement and supervise new initiatives.


YOU'RE GOOD AT:


  • Managing payslips data preparation to be sent to the Payroll provider, including attendance records, absences, illnesses and overtime;
  • Checking payslips in cooperation with the rest of the team;
  • Responding to enquiries from employees on various areas including payslips;
  • Managing activities linked to the benefit area such as meal vouchers and checkups;
  • Participating to the New Hires induction held by the payroll department;
  • Effectively maintaining employee's records. Data managed may include personal information, job history, insurance documentation, transfers, salary progression ;
  • Checking HRrelated forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HRrelated matters are administered quickly and accurately;
  • Maintaining documentation and updating records for all payroll process from hiring to dismissal in collaboration with other departments, in particular with HR;
  • Preparing reports on data summaries, changes and trends for internal use by management or external agencies. Statistics analyzed may include employee demographics, absences, vacations, overtime, temporary contracts ;
  • Responding to enquiries from managers and external stakeholders (such as government departments, clients.) about individual and organizationwide human resources information without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality;
  • Participating in special projects and system innovation implementation.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • 57 years Payroll experience, with a preference if you have worked also in a multinational company (preferably a professional services firm environment);
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with various stakeholders, inside and outside the team;
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral in Italian and English;
  • Advanced level experience in Excel (preferably also PowerPoint);
  • Analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to details;
  • Strong teamoriented approach.
