WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will be part of the local HR Team based in BCG Milan office, taking part in the recruiting efforts, while being embedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics will be considered as a plus);
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
Peopleoriented approach, a strong attitude to be part of a peopleoriented organization;
Proactive and positive attitude;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization;
Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to highquality results;
