MISSION:
The Head Concierge, as an expert prescriber and true ambassador of the destination, is responsible for the department and defines, develops and implements the destination experiences for customers, always providing them with unique and personalised services and products and committing to the optimisation of economic and human resources under their responsibility


OPERATIONS


Manage the Concierge team, ensuring that they efficiently comply with the department's daily operational processes, always ensuring the customer experience, customising their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Define, develop and implement the destination experiences strategy, offering customers unique and bespoke experiences according to their preferences.

Manage customer incidents, following the established protocols.


Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy, ensuring optimal implementation of the standards, operations manuals and identity applicable to their department.


Be knowledgeable of and share with their team the Voice of the Customer goals and ensure their fulfilment, creating and defining improvement plans if necessary.

Be knowledgeable of the Sensory Architecture defined for their areas and ensure compliance with it.


Approve material orders, following the marked product guidelines, for the best optimisation of economic resources, ensuring optimal control of their department's inventories.

Search and analyse information on the competitors to maintain the hotel positioning.

Research and develop innovative experiences and services that keep the hotel at the forefront.

Manage the hotel's seasonal closure and reopening processes.

Coordinate, implement and analyse the pilots that are determined in their area.


Requirements:


  • Degree in Tourism, social sciences, PR, or similar.
  • Advanced English and a second language would be an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the destination.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Vocation for service.
  • High orientation to the luxury segment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organisation and planning.
  • Proactivity and Innovation
