Our Graduate Civil Engineers work in world class teams to design and deliver sustainable solutions.

Our work spans a variety of sectors including:

  • Working within a team on identification,
  • Production, and evaluation of design options,
  • Analysing proposals to refine and verify their feasibility,
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders,
  • Providing professional assistance to executives and colleagues in the team,
  • Preparation of technical documentation (General, Conceptual, Main and Construction designs) from data collection, data processing, development of project solutions and their justification,
  • Other activities by order of the responsible person and/or the Line Manager in whose team it employed in,
  • Training to perform other tasks from the company activities by order of executives and/or Line Manager.

About the Energy Business unit:


The Energy unit delivers services to clients globally across several sectors including hydropower, nuclear, thermal, waste, renewable generation, and transmission & distribution networks.

Together we provide integrated engineering and project management services across the project lifecycle - from concept and design to construction and operations, to decommissioning or repowering and life extension.

Together with our clients, we're helping to deliver the energy transition globally.

Join us as Graduate Civil Engineer and you will have the option to work within the following areas:
Energy Networks (providing technical, business and management consulting services in relation to all electrical transmission and distribution and gas & liquid technologies)


That includes:
HV Substation

  • Overhead Line,
  • Cable projects
  • HV Substation
  • HVDC Convertor station
  • Power Station
  • Civil Engineering
  • Structural Engineering
We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:

  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
