Posizione:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and timely Ocean & Air Freight process workflow.
  • Ensure data quality in our operating system.
  • Track and trace Ocean & Air shipments as required.
  • Ensure timely movement and delivery of Ocean & Air freight to destinations.
  • Ensure documents are timely sent to forwarders or brokers for customs purposes.
  • Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, and others).
  • Meet compliance to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and external government regulations or Customs laws / requirements.
  • Understand department process workflow, constantly looking for areas of improvement efficiency.
  • Ensures customs clearance, coordinating the flow of information for product imports, collecting the required documents from suppliers or internal parties involved;
  • Follows the importation of products, verifying and confirming the booking placed by purchasers to suppliers and coordinating the logistics and delivery to company warehouses;
  • Identifies and assigns in the system the correct HS customs code for the import of products, based on the final product development information;
  • Reviews and verifies invoices (carriers and customs) to proceed with payment (through accounts payable).

Requisiti:


  • 3/4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in sea & air operational shipments management;
  • Market & Logistics players knowledge;
  • Customs operations knowledge;
  • Good MS Office Knowledge;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Dynamic personality, proactivity and handson approach;
  • Analytical and communication skills, problem solving.
