JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Find solutions to harmonize/standardize and normalize processes and flows on Contact Lenses, understanding different benchmarks in Essilor Luxottica Group
Facilitate project management and integration within Essilor, Luxottica and Grand Vision
Support the product masterdata management building system flows for the management of Contact Lenses, at Global level in the different sales Channels (Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale) with the different back end systems and Pos, and understanding the impacts of each flow
Design and build flows and attributes for all the interface (PLM, Sap, FMS, PIM, BI)
Be able to do a blue print with the business request
Support different teams discussions around new proposals on processes and encourage finding the best approach for the to be design per each department
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL: Masterdata, IT, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistic, Commercial Team, Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Finance: being able to understand interconnection between departments in order to support in building successful processes CL

Retail Teams Grand Vision:
co-work with GV team internal division and contact points to create a consolidate data sharing

EXTERNAL: Contact Lenses Supplier's systems
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Data management/Data collection
SAP knowledge
Excel/Powerpoint advanced level/Thinkcell basic
BI Business Objects basic/other Business Intelligence tool
4/5 years experience;
English fluent speaker
SOFT SKILLS
Team Working & good interpersonal skills to cowork with different departments, Countries and cultures
Work under pressure
Analytical Skills
Goal oriented
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
LANGUAGES:
English Fluent (mandatory)
Italian, French, others (nice to have)
