Engineering Program Manager

The person in charge will be involved in planning, execution and delivery of optical Hardware development programs collaborating with teams from Engineering, Supply Chain, Compliance.

Main responsibilities:

Definition of program plans and schedules, working closely with Teams from Engineering, Supply chain and support functions;
Accurate budget management;
Management of prototype activities
Leading the performance of the team and of crossfunctional members
Reporting of program status and progress to the Team and the Management

Monza area.

Requisiti

Requirements:

Engineering Degree
Preferable 2-3 years of experience in Hardware Engineering Development or similar environment (we can evaluate also junior profiles in PMO role).
Fluent English We expect you to have strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, analytical and organizational skills.
