Finance function is included in Planning, Reporting & Finance Business Unit of GRE SGR, the real estate asset manager of the Generali Group that manages Italian and Luxembourg real estate funds invested by Group companies and third-party institutional investors.

The function is responsible for the support in structuring and managing of financial aspects related to the real estate business, through:

  • Definition of financial policy and hedging strategy of Italian and Luxembourg real estate funds;
  • Origination and negotiation of loan agreements with banks and ordinary financial management of real estate funds;
  • Support and investment and divestment deals for financial aspects and in set up of new "products";
  • Operative management of facility and hedging agreements (covenants, report to send to lenders, check of interests, etc.) and relationship with the lenders

Must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial topics, business planning, loan and hedging agreement;
  • Good knowledge in written and spoken English
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Ppt
  • Analytical and organization skills, negotiation skills, team player, commitment to achieve goals.

Nice to have:

  • Good knowledge in French or German language;
