A REGULAR DAY AT WORK


This is a great opportunity for you to join a 'hands-on' team that is driving an ambitious and highly exposed business transformation within the company.


Reporting to the Digital Transformation Program Lead, you will drive the enterprise-wide adoption and success management program related to the implementation of a world-class customer digital experience platform & CRM.

The aim is to bring our digital business to the next level.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Define goals & vision and drive actions to boost digital adoption in regions countries already deployed.
  • Set up KPIs and OKRs within the marketing, sales & customer service communities to measure and improve how the digital platform is being used.
  • Promote digital ways of doing business and operating to add value to customers & improve operational excellence in order to pave the way towards a truly digital B2B.
  • Engage with local SPOCs (single point of contact) and management to promote the digital vision and set clear goals for adoption of digital sales, marking and service tools.
  • Manage change within the organization, from Sales to Customer Service processes, and instil a new digital culture and mindset.
  • As part of the international team composed of 30+ people (including a team of Product Owners) & consultants rolling out the SFDCbased platform across the world, you will lead by influence and impact the setting of priorities so that the platform is being adopted to a great extent.
  • Manage stakeholders across the company, including our 5 Business Areas, including but not limited to the heads of Sales and Customer Experience.
  • Cultivate and share best practices across the organization through thought leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree.
  • Proven trackrecord in implementing largescale transformation programs in global organizations.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to drive change management and to transform businesses by enabling the potential of technologies.
  • Used to interact with all levels in the organization and are excellent in stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English, another European language would be a plus (Italian, French)
  • Willing to travel.
