    Position: Business Development Manager EMENA - Home Management Solutions Business Unit.

    How will you make an impact? (Responsibilities)

    • Create and maintain channel and distribution strategies aligning with business unit goals
    • Support local regions to achieve sales targets
    • Manage, develop, and expand business relationships

    What are we looking for? (Requirements)

    • Solid Sales and Channel Management experience
    • Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
    • Post Graduate Master in Management is a plus
    • 4-5 years of similar role experience
    • Full understanding of sales functions and best practices
    • Familiarity with commercial/consumer law for target regions
    • Demonstrated results-driven approach
    • Flexible, goal-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Fluent in English
    • Ability to travel in the target region

    This position reports to the Managing Director of Home Management Solutions.
