Position Summary

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

  • Achieve revenue targets, growing by acquisition of New Customers and expansion of the Existing ones. Accurately forecast and consistently report on promotion activities and leads generation.
  • Support the commercial organization to define and implement strategy across our products portfolio provide assessment and analytics for insight and information to make decisions about product roadmap, content strategy, execution focus, pricing, etc.
  • Ensure and deliver customer value/happiness by customer's expectations alignment.
  • Build and handle relationship with KOLs, decision makers and payers
  • Identify customers and builds network and relationship.
  • Experience to operate through the Business Operations model: SFDC, PSS, CAS, PowerBI.
  • Collaborate across global teams in a completed organization, and coordinate projects.

Internal Networking/Key relationships

Internal: Clinical Sales Team, Service Team and Marketing team at National level

External:Specialists in chronic autoimmunity disease and allergic pathologies related field

Education and Professional Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science qualification.
  • Clear understanding of the Diagnostic markets and 35 years Sales experience in the sector with experience in operating in a matrix organization where sales dynamics are an important part of the success model.
  • Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures.
  • Consistent record in interaction with customers.
  • Ability and availability to travel.
