YOUR ROLE:


  • Manage all regulatory topics regarding products at EU and local level
  • Deepen and follow the evolution of regulatory issues
  • Provide the technical and regulatory support to the marketing, R&D function, sales
  • Prepare the documentation, necessary to ensure that system and regulatory process are compliant with national and international regulatory standards
  • Cooperate closely with our central department based in Germany to help ensure EU and national regulatory requirements are met
  • Keep the Italian R&D Operations team up to date on national regulatory trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Review product changes to determine impact to existing labeling
  • Manage the local documentation relevant for L&HC and B R&D activities/compliance
  • Evaluate the correct wording, claims and icons to be printed on labels and packaging
  • Provide support in case of Authorities' inspections/discussion

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemistry, engineering, or material science disciplines
  • More than 5 years experience, with Regulatory Affairs experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Regulations for Consumer Products with emphasis for Cosmetic products required
  • Structured working approach appreciated
  • Communication skills, especially detailoriented and technical material
  • Ability to meet deadlines while being flexible to changes in priorities and interruptions
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to complete assignments accurately
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
