Job Description:

We are looking for an Event Lead Generation Specialist to join our fast growing Italian Marketing team at MioDottore


As an Event Lead Generation Specialist you will be supporting the Head of events in all our commercial and strategic events to reach our KPIs.

As a thought-leader, you will be responsible for understanding major industry trends, both within the healthcare ecosystem and events, MioDottore's business priorities and overall marketing objectives to execute a variety of exciting and vibrant events to draw people in and remember us.


  • Support, create and organize the event schedule for multiple events ( commercial, reputation.)
  • Support and developa variety of event concepts
  • Managing and maintaining event budgets
  • Coordinating vendors and logistics or agency
  • Organizing physical and digital marketing materials
  • Push and promote event content and event invitation on all marketing channels
  • Paying vendors and processing invoices
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and search the best for each event
  • Coordinating with speakers, PR and approving speaker notes
  • Coordinating the internal teams (sales/CS) to invite the participants
  • Writing a postevent report to debrief what went right and what can be improved upon
  • Calculate risks and rewards with big event decisions
  • Supporting the creation of event landing pages, opening JIRA ticket to collaborate with Global team, creating tags, form and UTMs for the invitation and post event purposes
  • Creating the event info on Trello boards and checking and respect the deadline for each event
  • Develop relationships with potential clients to grow our business
  • Monitors the effective goals and lead quality that arise as a result of the sales process by creating mechanisms to channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitors successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment.
  • Set up and manage marketing automation through Hubspot

Qualifications:


Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Degree in public relations, marketing, or a similar field
  • The ability to keep all the moving parts of various events organized
  • Event planning experience with a background in project management
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye to the small details
  • Selfmotivated with strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creativity
  • The ability to communicate the proper expectations for the event to a large team
  • Fluency in English language, written and speaking.
