About the Role
The resource will be based in the Spare Parts Order Handling & Customer Service Area and will support the team in the following activities

  • Ensure effective and efficient management of the customer and branch order fulfilment process, providing system entry, confirmation management, dispatch and tracking of materials in coordination with the warehouse.
  • Ensure correct and timely customer service by analysing the nature of enquiries and taking appropriate action involving the relevant business areas to ensure an appropriate level of customer satisfaction in line with expected standards.
  • Manage the spare parts nonconformity complaint process from customers and branches, involving the business areas concerned from time to time and monitoring the number, nature and outcome of complaints.
  • Monitor the overall performance of the spares function by customer and geographical area in terms of volumes, service levels, backlogs, order processing times and attention to invoice payment terms, highlighting potential problems and proposing corrective action.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, law or languages
  • Knowledge of contracts
  • 12 years' experience in a similar position with a focus on customer care is welcome
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and a second language (French, Spanish or Chinese)
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
