ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE:
Program Manager

LOCATION:
Hybrid / Milan

TYPE OF CONTRACT:

FULL TIME

SALARY RANGE:
38k-48k

What you'll do:

Lead projects to optimize how WeRoad operates internally (working with our People, Sales, Product and Customer Excellence teams)
Coordinate the implementation of 3rd party solutions (Zendesk, Personio, Microsoft Dynamics, etc )
Own the implementation of low code internal solutions to make WeRoad more efficient (N8N, ReTool, Appsmith)
Lead a team of project managers, engineers and external contractors to implement the solutions needed
Have a seat at the table, and work with other senior stakeholders to prioritize, scope and implement solutions using 3rd party tools and low code platforms

What you must bring to the table:

3+ years' hand-on experience mapping business processes and improving them, implementing 3rd party solutions
3+ years of experience managing complex projects across departments and coordinating with external suppliers
2+ years of experience managing people
Technical understanding of how lowcode platform work
