Main Responsibilities of the Customer Contract Manager

  • Service Creation for new contracts & contract extensions (new products, MSA changes, etc)
  • Management of improvement & optimization plans
  • Matrix management of the Internal teams responsible to deliver services to customer
  • Governance of the client relationship during the lifecycle of the contract
  • Execution of contractual obligations Leadership of the Orange core team to ensure overall delivery of contract commitments and client satisfaction

about you:


  • Minimum of 5 years of client facing experience in the Telecom or IT industry
  • Good leadership skills and able to work under pressure
  • Client focused with good interpersonal & negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing geographically distributed and multicultural teams.
  • Excellent organisation, and good coordination, communication, presentation, synthesis and reporting skills Good experience and proficiency at developing, documenting and optimizing processes

additional information:


  • Degree in business, science (or other relevant area), or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrable commitment to selfdevelopment
  • Agile Synergy Practitioner Certification
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language Optional : CMM/CMMI, PMP or PgMP or Prince2 or MSP, Six Sigma certifications
