Our work aims to stimulate sustainable growth, protect the environment, and develop strategies for the adaptation and mitigation of climate change.


Our HR Department is looking for a new position of
HR Administration Specialist,_ _responsible for activities related to draw employment contracts and labour law diligence and compliance, such as the management of the regulatory and managerial relationships between people and the employer, the monitoring of the legal compliance of HR templates and standards, keeping the focus on the entire process, in order to identify continuous improvements and optimizations.

The job location is CMCC Headquarter in
Lecce.

We are looking for a motivated person that will take care about contracts, HR legislation and also disciplinary matters fulfilling following activities:

  • drafting, management and supervision of HR contracts activities (employment and/or independent contracts) and internal policies;
- providing advice to operational staff, contributing legal knowledge and skills to resolve issues related to organization, personnel administration, and the management of individual cases;
- management of regulatory updates on Labour Law and writing HR opinions on labour regulation;
- management of legal/disciplinary proceedings and litigation management of potential extrajudicial and judicial work;
- at least 5 years work experience in related fields;
- fluent in Italian and
English (mandatory);
- teamworking attitude as well as good communication and relationship skills;
- excellent organizational and planning skills.

Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.


Some fiscal benefit could be applied for repatriated workers or foreign researches/professors, having the requirements defined by Dlgs 147/2015 (for repatriates) or Dl 78/2010 (for foreigners).

We offer the opportunity to join our team starting
as soon as possible. Annual salary and contract will be based on qualification, experience and expertise.
