Location/Division Specific Information:

Remote based in Italy, France or Spain.

Language skills:
Fluent in French or Italian or German, with advanced proficiency in English.

In this role, you will actively collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide support and chip in to the development of key growth accounts.

Your expertise and efforts will be important in expanding our customer base, cultivating existing relationships, and driving revenue generation.


Furthermore, staying up-to-date with product knowledge, services, competitive activities, and industry trends will be essential for your success in this role.

This knowledge will enable you to provide informed recommendations and insights to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible solutions tailored to their needs.

Overall, as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be driving sales growth, fostering customer loyalty.


What will you do:


  • Implement professional sales calls via telephone to increase profitable sales growth Food/Pharma/Biotech market.
  • Establish and develop customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and allegiance.
  • Develop an action plan to achieve sales goals and objectives; results oriented.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs as a means of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop account specific strategies.
  • Execute professional sales calls via telephone to increase profitable sales growth in the Food/Pharma/Biotech market.
  • Establish and develop customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and allegiance.
  • Develop an action plan to achieve sales goals and objectives;
  • Identify and qualify new leads, championing them through the sales pipeline to convert them into customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide support and develop strategies for key growth accounts.
  • Conduct product virtual demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers to drive sales and enhance profitability.
  • Supervise market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Communication or Business preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and competitive attitude.
  • Minimum of 12 years of successful sales experience.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for training and sales meetings as required.
  • Demonstrated values of integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
  • Language skills:
Fluent in French or Italian or German, with advanced proficiency in English.
