Contributes to the development and implementation of the E2E KYC solutions as well as to the translation of regulatory KYC requirements into KYC processes, (quality) standards and controls, frameworks and workplace instructions, analysis and reporting to enable the organization to become sustainably better at the execution of Financial Crime policies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Challenge risk management execution and control processes and refine and take corrective actions if necessary (escalation). Optimize methodologies and procedures to support and monitor business management's control of risk regarding designated business processes.
  • Act as a business partner to important internal customers and manage relationships with them, while taking guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Identify shortcomings in compliance processes, systems and procedures, and suggest and implement appropriate improvements. Work is focused on an assigned unit or discipline.
  • Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business
  • Manage key aspects of the data management system. This includes being responsible for developing or operating key elements of the system.
  • Develop and write materials that are highly visible, such as sensitive press releases or speeches to critical audiences.
  • Execute a communications plan within established internal communication systems and procedures.
  • Uncover emerging issues or needs, identifying potential causes, barriers and key stakeholders as well as related issues.
  • Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards and practices that would improve operational support.
  • Identify and evaluate complex, expertiseled solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.

Requirements:


  • University degree
  • Deep and mandatory knoledge of Excel and Think
  • Cell: Data extraction, macro, query
  • Nice to have 1 year's experience in a similar role within banking industry in a complex and international environment
  • Proven experience in process management and improvement
  • Used to work in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
