Job Description:
The role of the Pastry Chef involves creating the most innovative pastries and desserts to delight our guests. Additionally, you will oversee, plan, organize, lead, and actively participate in the centralized production of highly specialized bakery and pastry items. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for arranging and conducting training sessions for team members.
Qualifications:
- An advanced culinary, hospitality, or business degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and contributing to the operations of a large-scale bakery production center, including specialty cake decoration, pastry production, food service management, and inventory control.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams.
- Creative, resourceful, and self-driven with a strong dedication to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
