Senior Business Development drives sustainable financial growth through boosting sales ofIT services from several business units, forging strong relationships with clients and leading the identification, evaluation and scale-up of new business opportunities.

Descrizione Drivingand developing growth of Safety business line by acquiring strategic accounts in the institutional and industrial sector that require personal protective products.

Identify and assess potential new markets, evaluate business opportunities, and develop strategies for targeting potential customers.

Partner closely with the Executive Team to establish standards governing lead generation, prospect contact and follow-up, and opportunity qualification.

Drivegrowth of IT business line with corporate clients and foster growth in IT services.

Define and establish the necessary salesnetwork to achieve growth.

Develop strategies for assessing customer needs and positioning the organization's products or services as potential solutions.

Track performance of the business development function and implement strategies for improvement.
Establish and execute the Go-to-Marketstrategy to achieve the business unit objectives.

Define the strategyfor tendering processes adjusting the approach to the size and requirements for every business opportunity.

Collaborate with Branding and Marketingon the creation and distribution of specific marketing materials for campaigns.


Define and leadt he business development strategy to foster the identification and evaluation of new opportunities, including new markets and channels.


Profilo del Candidato To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated successful development experience within the IT sector on sales to public institutions and regulated industries and a solid network of existing key relationships across the region.


You will be a highly developed analyst, with strong financial skills and fluency in Italian (written and spoken) as well as fluent in English.
