  • Demonstrates conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking;
  • Knowledge of local language (Italian);
  • Ability to operate crossfunctionally and work well within a matrix environment, balance priorities, and handle multiple tasks through good planning, project administration, and organization skills.

What will you do?:

Facility Compliance manages the processes that guarantee compliance with current regulations and company standards. Reports to Site Engineering and acts with power of attorney from the employer for the presentation of practices to the institutions


In this role you will
- _ Development and definition of Strategy for optimization of the process;_
- _ Request for offer to provider; _
- _Service level agreements review coordination; _
- _Contract templates review ; _
- _Correspondence management with external suppliers; _
- _Coordination of activities with internal stakeholders;_
- _ Tools update; _
- _Ethics & Compliance issues to manage; _


Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience:

  • Competencies in Strategy for optimization of the process/ Negotiation & purchasing skills/ general Compliance & GMP competencies/ Contracting management skills/ SAP basic/ Ethics & compliance competencies_
