Sales Manager for the
Intralogistics industry to be hired with a permanent contract, for our premises in Milan, passionate about digital technologies applied to manufacturing world.

Your Challenge
The Sales Manager is responsible for the development, exploitation and maximization of business with assigned and new customers.

Some of the activities will be to:

  • Establish a good relationship with the assigned customers at every level of the customer's organization (from operation up to Clevels)
  • Influence and drive the customers in their digital transformation
  • Generate new business opportunities with a strong focus on digitalization and solution
  • Orchestrate the relationship between Siemens and the customers' organizations
  • Orchestrate the activities inside Siemens organization during offering and project executions
  • Cooperate with the entire Siemens sales organization to develop the Intralogistics Vertical Ecosystem (including also indirect business with Partners, OEMs) by positioning Siemens as a preferred supplier at the assigned End Customers
  • Define and implement customer business plans
  • Synchronize and collaborate with the Vertical Intralogistics Head Quarter organization in order to implement the defined strategies on the international customers
  • Report business status by their assigned customers to local and international management

To be fit for this role, You should already have:

  • Bachelor/ master's degree in electrical/ automation/ electronic/ computer science/ mechatronics engineering.
  • Strong customer focus
  • An agile approach that can adapt to a diverse portfolio and range of gotomarket strategies
  • Experience in sales within the automation market
  • Knowledge of the main market dynamics and rules in the industry
  • Passionate and curious in discovering always new opportunities
  • Continuous learning new technologies
  • Proficient in Italian and in English
  • Good knowledge and/or work experience with Digitalization, PLC, HMI/SCADA, drives, industrial network and related software and engineering tools
  • Always strive to develop technology and ethical guardrails in parallel
  • European Work Permit
