Position Summary
You will have strong strategic planning skills in managing multiple brands of a similar scale.

Leading the Initiative planning process on all key briefs, you will ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and innovatively, along with client KPIs being met.

Equally you will be charged with team functionality and performance management, leading best practice in more effective and efficient ways of working.


You are the day-to-day client lead and you keep your Managing Partner ahead of the game with your category expertise, status updates and proactive guidance.

You are providing advice continually and being seen as a trusted advisor to them and their goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the whole business, responsible for the right team structure and mechanism to ensure consistent quality and holistic campaign planning
  • Responsible for delivering positive client satisfaction scores.
  • Responsible for leading the client relationship through all interactions.
  • Responsible for leading the team in an efficient and effective way
  • Create, lead and manage the workback schedules for all briefs. Ownership of the activity overview with weekly updates to the Managing Partner.
  • Quality control of the planning process and being part of the final signoff on the communication plans
  • Reviews and challenges work across all crafts and specialisms to ensure it delivers against expectations
  • Constant consideration to awards approach and tracking campaign results.
  • Responsible for an allocation of the client remuneration structure with your Managing Partner.
  • Expert in the client contract inclusions and what is not considered within contract.
  • Commercial part responsibility of group budgets and the business drivers in achieving these budgets.
  • Develop proactive solutions that deliver against client business objectives.
  • Ownership of the financial reconciliation process and contract commercials.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in English and Italian in writing and speaking
  • Multicategory communications experience with a focus on offline media planning
  • Ability to professionally manage client push back at a senior client level when required
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong operational skills to manage the business, and strong people development to manage the team
  • Selfstarter and ablility to work autonomously
  • Works well under pressure and maintains composure, positively influencing others
  • Ability to track client revenue and provide updates to senior management
  • Develops effective business plans with your Managing Partner
  • Results focused and sets high goals for self and others
  • Comfortable in challenging statusquo with the client, ensuring client receives the best results
  • Ability to manage a wider team, including both offline and digital team members
