Position Overview
- Lead Dynamics on Field Service and customer engagement processes.
- Train Key Users on the responsibility area
- Support Dynamics Key Users Control, monitor and report project progress
- Ensure the right and quality communication is executed Assisting in the implementation and testing (integration tests) of dynamics modules Train Key Users Dynamics on Field service processes
- Recovery of System data for migration to Dynamics (contracts, equipments, projects.), supporting the golive and post golive phase
- Support Dynamics Key Users
- Receive, document and analyze incidents and work out solutions
- Creating and updating the documentations (test procedures, user manual, etc.)
- Train Key Users Dynamics on Operation, Field Service, Trade&Logistic
- Participate in planning, definition, and highlevel design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives
- Lead Project Team on Mobile Projects
At least 5 years on Dynamics 365 CRM. Experiences on leading team International complex projects experience
