For our business unit Grid Automation we are looking for a brilliant intern who will support and assist S&OP implementation across countries inside EU organization.

Your responsibilities:

Support monthly consolidation and validation of total future demand outlook in volumes (quantities/hours) and value, to secure appropriate supply;
Support during the review of historical sales actuals and trends, prepare forecast data, evaluate forecast results;
Support all the functions (Sales, Tendering, Operations, SCM) to execute the planning process;
Support demand reviews with Sales, Tendering, Operations and assists the meeting preparation if needed;
Maintain process documents and update them according to process changes. Cooperate with team members and support them for S&OP tools utilization across the different countries inside the organization;
Support the S&OP team to promote behavioral change to continuously improve business performance.

Your background:

Bachelor in Engineering or Business Administration;
Interest for supply chain and planning activities;
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerBi will be considered a plus;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Proactivity, international mindset, outstanding communication skills and analytical skills are required.
