What you'll do:
You will join the JFG People/People Administration dedicated team within the Human Resources & Organizational Design function. You will report into the Payroll Manager;
You will enter, organize and monitor absence in management software;
You will enter personal data in the payroll system;
You will support the whole team in personnel administration processes and procedures;
You will be in charge of correcting anomalies;
You will relate to employees through the dedicated mailbox for anomalies;
Who you are:
You have a bachel degree in management, business administration, law services or similar;
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
You may have previous knowledge of the HR Management tool INAZ;
You are proactive, flexible and detail focused;
You know how to work in team and to manage your time;
You have good knowledge of both spoken and written english.
